Chris Anderson, General Manager, Las Vegas
Suffolk Construction

Chris Anderson serves as General Manager of Suffolk’s Las Vegas office, where he leads the company’s strategic growth across the region’s rapidly evolving gaming and hospitality market. Since joining Suffolk two years ago, Chris has been instrumental in establishing and expanding the firm’s presence in Southern Nevada, helping position Suffolk at the forefront of complex, large-scale construction projects.

With more than 40 years of industry experience, Chris brings deep expertise in business development, preconstruction, and financial management. He is widely recognized for his leadership on some of Las Vegas’ most high-profile projects and for cultivating strong relationships across the gaming sector. Over the course of his career, he has worked with leading organizations including Wynn Resorts, MGM, Caesars Entertainment, and Mohegan Gaming, and has contributed to landmark developments such as CityCenter and the Luxor. 

Prior to joining Suffolk, Chris spent more than two decades with Tutor Perini, where he played a key role in delivering major hospitality and gaming projects throughout the region. Today, Chris leverages his extensive experience and local market knowledge to drive innovation and deliver value for clients, while helping shape the future of construction in one of the country’s most dynamic markets.

Vincent Tatum
President, Grand Canyon Development Partners

Vincent Tatum is currently serving as President with Grand Canyon Development Partners. Mr. Tatum previously held the title of Executive Vice President of the organization for 9 years before his elevation to presidency in 2023. He is an experienced professional in the development industry with nearly 20 years of successful management in commercial construction, project management, construction sourcing and procurement, capital investment management, financial cost and controls, risk management, and logistics.

As the key decision maker responsible for business strategic planning and company vision, Mr. Tatum provides exemplary leadership to Grand Canyon Development Partners by building a diverse team of highly skilled and successful project management personnel.

Mr. Tatum is dedicated to providing exceptional service to satisfy the unique needs of each client. His unique background in operations-based logistics and procurement for the US Army, experience in working within publicly traded corporate capital environments, and his deep understanding of the full development life cycle and its impact on business makes him and his teams a valuable asset to any development project.

Mr. Tatum currently serves the State of Nevada Commission on Construction Education, the Nevada Contractors Association – Permits and Inspections Committee, and the City of Las Vegas Enterprise Fund.

 


Rick Van Diepen
Principal, GRN Vision

Rick Van Diepen is a principal at GRN Vision, a Las Vegas–based firm providing both sustainability consulting and community-focused architectural services. With nearly three decades of experience in Southern Nevada, Rick’s work centers on creating thoughtful, high-performing spaces that serve vulnerable populations, including homeless navigation centers and transitional housing communities.

After earning his architecture degree from UC Berkeley’s College of Environmental Design, Rick began his career in architecture before expanding his focus to include sustainability and community development. As a LEED Accredited Professional since 2004, he integrates energy efficiency, durability, and long-term operational savings into projects where cost and resilience are critical.

Rick’s portfolio includes a range of community-driven projects, from adaptive reuse and historic preservation to facilities that provide shelter, stability, and supportive services. His approach emphasizes practical, scalable solutions that balance performance with the realities of funding, operations, and resident needs—key factors in affordable and transitional housing. 

In addition to his project work, Rick is a former Executive Director of Green Chips and a past president of USGBC Nevada. He remains actively engaged in the community through volunteer and pro-bono work supporting local nonprofits.


Brett Robillard, AIA
Principal, Gensler

Brett Robillard is a seasoned architect with 31 years of experience in the design industry, known for his leadership on numerous award-winning projects. He approaches architecture as an experientially driven art form, with a strong emphasis on the unique regional influences each site brings. His work reflects a deep commitment to design excellence and the transformative power of architecture to enhance the human experience.

Brett’s commitment to creating positive change is evident in his work across communities of all sizes. He has contributed to a wide range of market sectors, including entertainment, hospitality, commercial office, sports, and residential projects in both the U.S. and Asia. Notable projects include The Zappos Theatre at Planet Hollywood, Soldier Field in Chicago, and the RTC Mobility Center in Las Vegas.

He is involved from conceptual design through construction, championing the continuity and integrity of design solutions with a collaborative approach. Brett has successfully led teams on both small- and large-scale projects, consistently delivering high-quality, client-focused results. A passionate advocate for architecture that fully engages the senses, Brett is an enthusiastic leader who believes deeply in the power of design to enrich communities and shape the built environment in meaningful ways.
